Our 10 Year Plan

 Give or take 10 years that is, it really is about almost 11 years now due to our miscarriage. 

I have always been a planner and Cody and I generally knew the order we wanted to happen in our life but not necessarily the exact dates.  So here we go, here's our timeline!

1.  January 5th 2011 We started Talking I always pictured my self meeting my future husband young and getting married young but not at 17! I thought I would meet my future husband at 19/20 years old in college and get married at 21. Cody and I got married at 22 and love how long we dated and getting married young still.
2. February 5th 2011 We started liking each other
3. March 17th 2011 Cody asked me out
4. April 1st 2011 Was our first date
5. Mid April 2011 He held my hand for the first time
6. April 30th 2011 Our first kiss as a couple and both of our first kisses ever (we never dated anyone but each other and we never broke up, we don't know heartbreak). 
7. May 1st 2011 The day we fell in love
8. May 14th 2011 We graduated high school
9. June 26th 2011 Cody went off to college at UTM and started classes at 17 years old We purposed to do long distance dating well, because that was my husband and I was his wife (even if it hadn't happened yet) and we did long distance quite well. We only saw each other for one day every 3 months for 5 years because of how far away he was going to school and because of football. 
10. July 7th 2011 I started college classes at UT at 17 years old
11. December 25th 2011 Cody said I love you.
12. December 2012 We started talking about marriage.
13. May-August 2014 I had my internship at Oak Ridge National Labs.
14. April 18th 2015 Cody proposed to me I didn't want to be engaged for a really really long time so I asked Cody to propose within 18 months to a year before I graduated (when we knew we were going to get married). If it weren't for that, we would have been ready to get engaged around June 2013, 2+ years after we started dating and about 2.5 years after we started talking.
15. May 15th 2015 Cody moved to Knoxville for Faragut football and working at Jimmy Johns in the Summer and student teaching in the Fall at Faragut High and Middle school through Maryville State college. Cody lived with my grandparents with me (seperate rooms) during the summer and stayed with them during the Fall while I lived on campus for the next year.
16. Mid December Cody graduated college as a Teacher.
17. Early February 2016 Cody moved to College Dale (Chattanooga) and lived with his parents for his interim teaching job at Howard which turned to a full time Brainered High School Job and Defensive coordinator that Fall for a year then ending up at Soddy Daisy in 2017 school year coaching defense and on. Cody visited me in my dorm almost every weekend this spring semester.
18. March 6th 2016 Cody got our apartment at Integra Hills in Ooltewah. We ended up getting three 15 month leases, staying there for exactly 4 years total.
19. Early May 2016 Cody moved into the apartment after our new bed arrived.
20. May 14th 2016 I graduated college as a Materials Science Engineer and lived with my mom and grandparents for the next 3 weeks until we got married.
21. June 4th 2016 We got married in Knoxville It was 13.5 months after Cody proposed. I wanted both of us to graduate college before getting married and before starting our jobs (so we can grow up together and establish ourselves together) and of course after 3.5 years of started dating which since we were so young we hit early and very well. We dated 5 years 2 months and 3 days before getting married. 
22. June 4th-June 11th Honeymoon part 1 PCB
23. June 11th I moved into our apartment
24. July 4th-8th Honeymoon part 2 Walt Disney World We wanted one 2 week honeymoon but had to get back for Cody's football season to start and had to split it up.
25. February 20th 2017 I started my job as a Process Engineer at Shaw Industries in Ringgold (3 years later, Dalton)
26. May 23rd 2017 I got lasik eye surgery. I had to be 22 years old which I was and be on good insurance from work and I wanted to be married first and before kids (and 6 months before kids which I did).
27. December 26th 2017 Started house building process
28. April 23rd 2018 Bought lot in Apison TN
29. April 23rd 2019 Broke ground
30. December 27th 2019 Moved into house We only wanted to stay in the apartment 2 years, 3 years max but the house took an extra year and a half to build.
31. December 27th 2019 Started looking for our dog We wanted to get our dog a year after being in our new house but since we got in a year and a half late and didn't want it to run into when our kids were born, we had to get Lucy 3 months after we finished the house and 5 months after we moved in. We wanted to have Lucy 18 months before I got pregnant (to get her out of the hyper crazy stage) and 2 years before our first baby was born. It looks like it will work out that way!
32. February 2nd 2020 Reserved girl dog from Early's Ragtime Golden Retrievers
33. February 14th 2020 Lucy was conceived
34. March 7th 2020 Had our housewarming party and finished building our house
35. March 26th 2020 We got pregnant but didn't know it.
36. April 20th 2020 Lucy Cove Raborn was born, 11:35am a red golden retriever.
37. April 26th 2020 positive pregnancy test at 3 weeks 1 day.
38. May 8th 2020 our baby unknowingly died at 6 weeks 1 day.
39. May 9th 2020 told our families about the baby.
40. May 22nd 2020 found out our baby had died.
41. May 27th 2020 Picked Lucy out of litter
42. June 7th 2020 got Lucy
43. June 22nd 2020 took miscarriage inducing pills which didn't work.
44. July 1st 2020 at 13 weeks 6 days, My body refused to miscarry so I had a D&C surgery
45. July 9th 2021 Cody finished his Masters Degree in Coaching He started in May 2017 but ran into many bumps in the road.
46. September 5th 2021 Get pregnant I also wanted Cody to be finished with his masters degree before we got pregnant and that's just what we did. I also wanted to be married for 5 years before we got pregnant and give birth before our 6th anniversary which is what we will be doing. That happened on June of 2021 so we did just that. I also also wanted us to get pregnant and give birth all within our 28th year plus have our dog hit 18 months old when I hit 6 weeks pregnant (which we did, I was 6 weeks 1 day when she turned 18 months, just so I could escape morning sickness while she was still hyper).
47. December 27th 2021 Babymoon PCB
48. April 30th 2022 Cody gets his dream truck
49. June 2nd 2022 baby boy is born

• Future plans Lord willing:

1. August 2023 Get Pregnant with baby #2
2. End of December 2023 Babymoon for baby #2 Biltmore
3. May 30th 2024 our girl is born
4. August 2029 I go back to work part time at Little Debbie
5. July 2050 I retire
6. June 4th 2066 we have our 50th vow renewal at PCB.
