We had a fantastic 4th of July with family despite the covid restrictions. This weekend we were supposed to be at the beach with my dad's side of the family but oh well. There's always next year!
For the 4th, my father-in-law made a fire in his fire pit for us and we roasted hot dogs! It was so relaxing and so peaceful. Very much needed as I had had my d&c surgery just 3 days prior.

The second half of my birthday took place the following weekend with my Nana who was visiting.
We started at the driving range and then went to my house for presents and games!
I was so proud of everyone how well we did! Cody got 200 yards, me 150, Morgan and mom 125! That is big considering it was our first and second times EVER doing this!
Lucy helped me open presents! Here Lucy, pull on this side.
Here new fluffy bed thanks to my mom! She now has a place to sleep in the office when Cody is working.
Lucy watching the sunset. Isn't she SO beautiful!
Lucy has been doing such an amazing job on her training that we granted her off-leash time in the front yard for 30 minutes and she did GREAT! We are so proud of her! She already knows 15-20 commands!
Look how long she's getting!
God is shining His light on me. He is always watching over me and always there.
Love,
Kayla
