🎄These two recipes I made for all of my family's Christmas's and everyone LOVED them!
They are quick and super easy to whip up and it feels good to contribute to the family food!🎄
The first recipe is delicious Avalanche Bark!
-my sweet mother-in-law's recipe!
-my sweet mother-in-law's recipe!
I followed this recipe to a 'T' besides adding three times the amount of peanut butter and a little more crispy rice cereal to counteract the extra peanut butter. You can never have too much peanut butter right!?!
Here are all of the ingredients
It is easiest to have many bowls out to separate "dry" and "wet" ingredients.
This is all of the ingredients combined minus the chocolate chips and marshmallows (added once the mix has cooled down to avoid melting).
The finished product! Serve cold!
Recipe #2 is Haystacks!
-my sweet grandmother's recipe
This recipe is 90% correct. The recipe needs a bag of ~12oz chow mein noodles instead of the 5 oz.
All of the ingredients...
"Dry" ingredients.
"Wet" ingredients.
Dropped onto parchment paper to set/cool. No baking required.
The finished product ready to take to grandma's house!
I hope they turn out great for you too! :)
Love,
